Please note although plasterboard is a material that is accepted by us due to waste regulations and rules at licensed recycling facilities ALL PLASTERBOARD MUST BE SEPERATED AND CONTAINED. For example plasterboard may be placed into rubble sacks seperated from other materials.
Sofa & Mattresses we do take, but will be charged accordingly.
Access & Parking:
Our man and van rubbish removal teams require a minimum or 2.5metres width and 3 metres height access.
We require suitable parking for our collection vans which does not restrict highways, does not breach parking rules and does not pose a danger to our teams or anyone else.
The duration of time taken to park, wait for vehicles to be moved, wait for access etc will be deducted from the time allowance allocated to each collection.
Cancellation & Refunds:
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the booking will be entitled to a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking will be subject to an admin fee of £30+ VAT
Refunds will be made to the original payment method and take 5-7 working days to process.

*We reserve the right to remove any of these prohibited items at time of collection or return any of these if found in the bag after collection has been made.
PLEASE NOTE: Silverback Skip bags must not contain heavy waste such as bricks, blocks, concrete, soil etc
Plasterboard Charges:
New plasterboard charges are based on the percentage of plasterboard content in the bag. For example 1 plasterboard sheet would require the 0-10% option, up to half the bag containing plasterboard would require the 0-50% option and half a bag to a full bag of plasterboard would require the 50-100% option.
Mini bag plasterboard charges:
0-10% £15+vat
10-50% £20+vat
50-100% £25+vat
Mega bag plasterboard charges:
0-10% £20+vat
10-50% £30+vat
50-100% £35+vat
Mighty bag plasterboard charges:
0-10% £25+vat
10-50% £35+vat
50-100% £45+vat
Access & Parking:
Our skip bag collection teams require a minimum of 2.5 metres height and width access.
We require suitable parking for our collection vans which does not restrict highways, does not breach parking rules and does not pose a danger to our teams or anyone else.
Our collection teams must have access to the items/ bag(s) they are trying to collect. If we do not have access we may charge a missed collection fee. Restrictions to access may include: Locked gates, Narrow driveways, Boggy ground, Low bridges, cars blocking access etc
Skip Bag Placement:
When filling a skip bag/ grab bag/ hippo bag/ Silverback Skip Bag etc you must ensure that it is placed in a suitable area for collection within 2.5metres of where a crane vehicle is able to park for collection.
Bags must not be placed touching walls, fences, cars etc
Any misplaced bags will be subject to a missed collection charge
Missed Collection Charge:
We reserve the right to charge a £30+ VAT fee for any missed collections due to incorrectly positioned skip bags, lack of parking or lack of access.

Skip Bag Sizes:
Silverback collects 3 different-sized bags: mini, mega and mighty. The hippo bag equivalents are named midi, mega and hippo skip.
Mini Bag: 90x90x90cm | 1000KG Max Weight | 1 Cubic Yard Volume
Mega Bag: 180x90x70cm | 1000KG Max Weight | 1.5 Cubic Yard Volume
Mighty Bag: 210x165x100cm | 1000KG Max Weight | 4.5 Cubic Yard Volume
Hippo Bag Collections
Although we do collect hippo bags WE ARE NOT HIPPO WASTE therefore we do have different collection rules to hippo. Such as weight allowances, prohibited items, lifting over obstacles etc.
Please note that our maximum weight allowances are different to that of hippos.
If it shows 1500kg weight capacity on a hippo bag we still only allow 1000kg max weight for our collections.
Please ensure you have correctly identified your bag size before booking a hippo bag collection through our website. Details on your bag size can be found on the side of the bag.
Hippo bags incorrectly booked may be subject to an additional collection fee or a missed collection charge. For example if you have booked a mega bag collection (180x90x70cm) and when we arrive there is a hippo skip to collect (210x165x100cm)
Silverback skip bag orders
Cancellations: You may cancel a Silverback skip bag order before delivery for a full refund.
If delivery of your Silverback Skip Bag has been made any cancellations within 6 months of the delivery date will be subject to a £30+vat admin fee and we will require the bag to be returned to us or collected by us in its original unused condition.
We do not offer refunds on orders after 6 months of delivery.
General:
Card Details: Silverback Skip Bags use third party payment processors. We do not store card details.
Data Collection: We do not sell or pass on any contact details that are collected by us.
Text Reminders: We may use your mobile number provided at time of booking to send text updates. You may ask us to remove this service at any time.
Automated Emails: Our website will send automated emails to the email address provided at time of ordering/ Booking. You may ask us to remove your email from our system at any time.
Silverback Skip Bags: Silverback Skip Bags are not for resale or re-use and are only to be collected by Silverback Skip Bags.
Damage: Silverback Skip Bags take no responsibility for any damage caused due to poorly positioned bags, insufficient access, heavy or sharp material which has damaged surfaces or for any other reason.
